The feta and chives are probably too strong for a sweet salad like that. Try a shredded mozzarella or colby jack which have a smoother, milder flavor. And maybe some red onion instead of chives if you still want that onion crunch. Also, some sunflower seeds and a boiled egg would add more protein and keep you full longer.

Eek! Im behind in your entries!!

FYI, there is no such thing as good fast food. Subway is the only thing even close. If that chicken wrap you had was one of their snack wraps, it has nearly 300 calories, and ONE THIRD of your daily sodium allowance. Sodium makes your body retain fat and water, so even though there aren't as many calories, you're not doing yourself any favors. And I bet that little wrap didn't keep you full at all. :(

For snacks to keep you full, you need to go high protein. Nuts and cheeses and the like. I would take cheese and cubes ham (from the deli) with me to work for when I got snacky. BUt you may already have gone over this in your next entries.... I'm going to go read those now!

Maybe not getting up at 6, but 7 would still be nice and early, but not so early that you want to grumble and go back to sleep. Go ahead and start your routine. Get up, make breakfast, get clean, what have you. Gym is good, but also be active around your room. Get it organized and decorate your room, preparing for the year. Go for walks and take pictures of your campus since this is your last semester. You'll want to have those 10 years down the road. FYI, early in the morning when the sun is just rising it called "the golden hour" (also when the sun is setting). The lighting is perfect for outdoor shots. Get some cross stitching done : ) Go window shopping. Explore areas of town that you have never been before. See if you can find some little boutiques or kitschy little stores in the older areas of town.

Here's something, I dare you to not watch any videos or TV for the week and see what happens : )

I wish you the best of luck with this. Definitely eat lots of bananas, they're cheap and if they start to get brown, make banana bread! But if you have one every morning, they shouldn't go brown on you too fast.

Oh, if you are going to be doing some baking, one thing that might help is to get whole-wheat flour instead of white all-purpose. It'll have more nutritional value at least.

Sorry if I keep blabbing on about this but I keep thinking of new things! XD

I would recommend getting tofu as it's relatively inexpensive, healthy, fun to work with. However...there's some speculation that the phytoestrogens found in soybeans and soy products might have negative effects, and with you having PCOS, too much soy could be a bad idea. They're not sure how phytoestrogens affect such things yet, so it might be better to take it easy on the soy just in case.
